Beloved husband of deceased Anna Lisi. Cherished son of deceased Pietro and Adalgisa. Loving brother of Joseph (Pina). Loving uncle to Peter (Loretta), Adalinda (Steven), Angela (Brian), Tony, Carlo, Rosa, and Nick (Susan). He was a special great-uncle to Lauren (Daniel), Sarah, Jennifer, Marielle, Benjamin, Cristina and Daniel. John arrived in Toronto in 1951 and it was there in English classes that he met Anna. John was proud to have worked at Christie’s Bread, General Bakeries and Westowne Mazda. He will be sadly missed. We celebrate his courageous and resilient life. Funeral Mass will be held at St Joseph Catholic Church, 5440 Durie Rd. Mississauga, on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 10 a.m. Entombment at Westminster Cemetery Mausoleum.
