In loving memory of our beloved Mother who peacefully passed at Silverthorn Care Community on Friday, November 17, 2023. She was the most remarkable woman who dedicated her life to being the unwavering rock of our family. She not only embraced the challenges of life but also sculpted a foundation of love, strength and resilience that will endure through generations.

She is predeceased by her cherished husbands, D’Arcy Murray (1967) and John Forma (1999).

She is survived by her children and step children: Gary, Stephen Murray (Judy), Laura Murray, Lorraine (Lolli) Forma, Lorraine Murray, Eugene (Mary), Jane, Paul (Pennie), Christopher, Margaret (Don), Faye (Tom).

Also survived by her grandchildren: Sean, Sarah (Alex), Murray, Curtis, Christian, Shelby, Sydney, Sawyer, Brett and Faye.

And, her great grandchildren: Grace, Ella, Clara, and arriving early 2024 a baby girl to Sarah (Alex).

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff at Silverthorn Care Community for their continued kindness, their loving care for mom and our family during mom's struggles with dementia.

Visitation will take place at Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W.) on Friday, November 24, 2023 from 10-11 AM, followed by the Funeral Service and a Celebration of Life in the Chapel at 11 AM.

A private burial will take place at a later date.
