In Celebration of

Geoffrey Ashton Brooks

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Geoff Brooks on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Beloved husband to Cheryl. Loving father to his sons Geoffrey and Adam (Amy); and to his step children Amelia, Geoffrey (Patricia) and Ted (Hayley). Proud Grandpa to Joshua, Taylor and Cieran, Avery and Aidan, Rosie and Penny. Dear brother to Len (Jean) and uncle to Catherine, Len, Heather and John. Geoff was a graduate of Victoria College, The University of Toronto, and a Life Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario. He will be remembered as an accountant, entrepreneur, hockey player, golfer, cottager, lover of theatre, especially musicals, and of fine food and wine shared with friends. Above all, Geoff was a constant and loving anchor to his family. Friends may call at Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Aves) on Friday, from 7 – 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Canada: Research into Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), or to a charity of your choice.
