I was a student of Mr. Szewczyk in the early 80’s. He was a tough but fair teacher who taught me a life lesson that I still carry with me 40 years later.
can still him walking around the field at East York Collegite in that red bucket hat just waiting to catch one of us slacking off during practice or gym class. The wind sprints at the end of practice that we all dreaded but man it kept us in shape.
Mr. Szewczyk it was a pleasure having you as my teacher/coach and thank you for that life lesson you taught me. It’s helped to shape me and make me the man I am today.
Rest In Peace Sir
