Frank Ivan Piper

June 30, 1933 - April 30, 2025

Peacefully, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, April 30th, at his home at the age of 91. Beloved husband for 67 years to Patricia. Adored father of Mitch (Agatha) and Shanon Reda. Much loved Grandpa to Beck Aniballi and Samantha and Brandon Piper. Devoted great grandpa to Delilah.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Islington Golf Club, Monday May 12th at 1 p.m., Located at 45 Riverbank Drive, Etobicoke.

For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to CAMH.

My deepest condolences to Pat and Mitchell and Shanon and families. Frank was a dear friend to my father Zoltan who left us last year. They enjoyed many years of sailing together and living the good life in Markland Woods and in Venice, Florida. May he rest in peace.

I met Frank in Toronto when he was patent counsel at Sherritt, and later was fortunate to work with him on patent matters in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan. His sharp mind and wit were invaluable on so many projects. He made a real difference, and he is greatly missed. My condolences to Pat and all Frank's family.
