In Celebration of

Florence May Frith (Nee Belaire)

November 30, 1926 -  February 21, 2021

Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 21, 2021 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Walter Henry Frith. Loving mother of Stephen (Barb), Carol (Barry), Michael (Gail), Martin (Ken), and Bernard (Margot). Much loved grandmother of Paul, Mark, Karen, Bryan, Megan, Lauren, Margaret, Torrey and great grandmother to Hunter, Savannah, Olivia, and Penelope. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Stephanie Finn, mom’s family doctor, who provided exceptional care and creative solutions enabling mom to remain home, as was her wish. A private service to celebrate Florence’s life will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 3 p.m.

The service may be viewed livestream at https://youtu.be/DmKr4-T8FpE

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hearing Society will be gratefully acknowledged.

To Steve, Carol, Mike, Martin, Bernie your Spouses and all the Grandchildren ,

Please accept my most sincere condolences on the passing of your beloved Mother.

I hold the fondest memories of both Flo and Walter (who knew Santa lived on Juliana act). I remember how kind your Mother was to me in many ways and how the door was always open to get warm in those cold days at the rink.

To all of you may her memory be a blessing.

God bless

I was telling my husband about Flo's death, and suddenly I had the thought that although I prefer animals to people, Flo was one person who I liked. It is very rare that I have good feelings about women, especially, but Flo was someone whom I truly had good feelings about. In other words she was a good person. I met her at bridge and Learning Unlimited at Fairfield senior center. She was sweet and kind and I will miss her terribly.
