In Celebration of

Murray Alan Stuart Fitzpatrick

June 23, 1942 -  April 13, 2021

Died peacefully at home with family at his side after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer. Loving husband and best friend to Maureen (nee Dahonick) for over 56 years; loving father to Michele, Marnie (Eric), Mark (Wendy), Matthew and Monica (Andre); adoring grandfather to Jackson, Jenna and Spencer (Michele); Alexis and Evan (Marnie), and Mackenzie, Ashton and Aubrey (Matthew). Predeceased by his father, John Richardson; mother, Grace Edith, and brother, John McGillavry. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters in law in the Dahonick family and his many nieces and nephews. He spent most of his professional career with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations, joining as an Inspector and serving as a Director; he was also known in the community for his commitment to youth bowling. Post retirement, he enjoyed his summers on Leech Lake and the time spent with family, friends and especially the grandkids. Grandpa will always be cheering for his grandchildren at all of their sports events. Know that we already miss you. May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and until we meet again. May the Lord hold you in the palm of his hand.
