Fernando Toro

August 2, 1954 -  April 10, 2018

It is with sadness that the family of Fernando Toro announce his passing on April 10, 2018 at the age of 63 in Toronto, ON. Fernando leaves behind his loving children Jessica, Andrew and Amanda along with his adored friend and ex-wife Iria Cruz. Beloved brother of Margarita (Castor), Carlos (Carmelina), Isabel Cristina, Cecilia Maria, Gloria Patricia, and Jose Luis (Patricia), and the late Gabriel Jaime (Stella). Loved dearly by his six nephews, four nieces, and two great-nephews spread across Canada and Colombia.

Fernando will also be missed by his friends and colleagues at The Home Depot (Store #7011) after a 25 year career in the flooring and hardware departments.

Visitation to be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor Street West in Toronto) on Monday April 16, 2018 from 6:00-9:00pm, with prayers happening at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday April 17 at 9:30am.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Autism Canada (https://autismcanada.org/donate/).
