Passed away peacefully with her son Robert by her side at Credit Valley Hospital on Monday, November 11, 2019, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Sonny Foreman. Loving mother of Robert. Dear sister of Caleb Carby. Adored aunt of David Issacs, Alison McKinna, Allison Carby, and Jackie Lawton. Much loved sister-in-law of Barbara Foreman-McKinna. Elaine will be lovingly remembered by her many friends and extended family.
