Evangelos “Angelo” Hartsias

November 26, 1929 - February 8, 2024

The family is heartbroken to announce Angelo’s passing on February 8th, 2024 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Vasiliki “Kathy” for 58 years. Adored father of Steven (Fotoula) and Dimitra. Cherished grandfather of Angelo (Celeste) and Vasiliki “Victoria”. Dearest brother to Irene Hatzigeorgiou.

Loved Uncle to Jenny Bradley (Scott), Merry Clarke (Paul). Great-uncle to Alex, Laura (Jacob), Zach, Michael and Kristen (Andrei). Granduncle to Emilia.

He will be dearly missed. Rest in eternal peace.

Friends may visit Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Monday, February 12th from 4-8 p.m. Divine Liturgy will be held at Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 136 Sorauren Avenue, on Tuesday, February 13th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.

Missing you from the moment you left us. I adore you dad. While I have so many memories of you, life will never feel the same. It makes me happy to know that you're up in heaven, seeing family, and friends, your parents, aunt Elena, and playing thanassi in xylokastro with souli and mousgounis. I will love you forever.
