Passed away peacefully at home on July 22, 2024 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Hugh. Pre-deceased by her parents William and Florence, sister Elizabeth and brother Donald. Survived by several nieces and nephews. She studied at the University of Toronto (Victoria College) and then graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. She worked as a Lawyer in the Ministry of the Attorney General (Official Guardian’s Office). After early retirement, she and Hugh travelled the world. She was a consummate hostess, whether it was in Toronto or at their cottage in Muskoka. Above all, she enjoyed talking to people, especially younger people, to gauge their new ideas and philosophies. Other interests included going to the Opera and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Funeral service to be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, on Monday, July 29 at 1:30PM. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
