She is survived by her loving children, Daughter Althea Fraser and Son Michael Carter. <br /> <br />Eldeka was born in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica. <br /> <br />Our Mom was special, she protected her kids, loved them, cherished them and set an amazing example on how best to care for others and to live a good and quality life. She loved her family and children. She will always be loved by those who knew her well and by those who knew her greatest achievements, her two children. <br /> <br />Rest in Peace Mom. You are missed but never forgotten. <br /> <br />Thank you</div>
