We have many wonderful memories of Eileen spending Christmases together at her house and enjoying her cottage where she was a wonderful hostess. We admired all her beautiful artwork. She was always a dedicated and loving wife , mother and grandmother. We’ll miss her dearly but she’ll always be in our thoughts. We love you Eileen.

I met Eileen at our "Tuesday Group" discussions..I was always impressed by her charm and outgoing personality. Everyone loved her. I first saw her paintings 3 years ago...It was very obvious that she was an incredible artist!!

I met Eileen while working with her on the Gallery Committee for Neilson Park. I was very fond of her paintings and enjoyed seeing her work. Eileen was very supportive of my own creative journey as a fiber artist and when I was ill she stepped up to support me and my family with meals and stopping in at the house to see if I was in need of anything. Her compassion has never been forgotten and after moving out of Toronto we lost touch but her memory remains with me. My deepest condolences to the family who was blessed with a wonderful person to call wife, mother and grandmother.

Eileen, my dearest sister-in-law and friend, will be truly missed. She was a remarkable and talented person, and I was so fortunate to have had her in my life for more than 50 years. I remember the wonderful gatherings we had at the cottage, water skiing with Eileen, and the many family celebrations. Now I have a collection of Eileen’s beautiful paintings in my home as a continuous reminder of her. Eileen will never be forgotten. Gudrun

Condolences to all of Eileen’s family. I worked with Eileen for a number of years at Humberside. Her creativity, dedication and care of students were second to none. I also remember a number of wonderful staff parties at Eileen’s house. She was a wonderful person.
