November 15, 1955 -  December 5, 2018

Edward Osmanski passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at age 63. Born November 15th 1955 in Toronto. Deeply loved by his wife Deborah Lorens, daughter Jacqueline, son Steven, and beautiful chocolate lab Layla. Brother to Aileen Brown, Barbara Cini, and the late Mitchell Osmanski. Ed is the son of Ludwik Osmanski and Alexandra Lachowski. Ed was a Chrysler autoworker for 33 years with many brothers in the industry. Ed succumbed to esophageal cancer, losing his fight after 40 days. Thank-you for the wonderful support of the entire staff of St. Joe’s Hospital. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 9th from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Turner and Porter, Butler Chapel at 4933 Dundas Street West, at Burnhamthorpe, in Etobicoke. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, December 10th at 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery. Reception will be held at The Mandarin, 1255 The Queensway, at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph Health Centre would be appreciated.
