Hello: I am sorry for your loss.
Years ago my Mother (Mary Forest nee Budicky) gave me a wedding portrait where she was a Bridesmaid. (I have downloaded it to the gallery.) I understood that it was her cousin's wedding to a Mr. Liptay (first name unknown), probably in the late 1930's. Do you recognize anyone in this picture ? Any chance we are related, at least by marriage ?
Regards
Al Forest
Our deepest sympathy ! We always enjoyed Ed’s enthusiasm . A great gentleman ❤️ Catherine Starcic (Liptay) and family
Ed, I just heard from Humber about your dad’s passing. Colleen and I send our condolences to you and your family. I’m thinking especially of all the grandkids who were fortunate to have a grandfather with an amazing story . Thinking of you.
Sending Prayers and Strength to the family . Many fond memories of ‘Uncle ‘ Ed from my childhood to having him attend our wedding in Dominican Republic . My dad shared many wonderful stories of Ed one of best friends throughout his life . I know those two ( Ed & Vincent ) will be up to shenanigans and laughter in Heaven .
Ed, Caroline and the entire family,
I am so sorry for your loss.
After reading Ed's Bio, I can certainly see where you got your wonderful sense of family that has been an inspiration for me all these years.
