September 12, 1947 -  December 19, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our dearest ciocia Krystyna.

Dedicated physician, and beloved wife of the late Ronald Cook. Devoted sister of Mary, and Grace. Loving aunt of Mark, Michelle, and the great aunt/ciocia to Jack.

A memorial visitation will be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., Friday January 6th from 2-5pm.

I was shocked and deeply saddenedby the News of Dr. Cook passing.

I had the privilege to be under the care of Dr. Cook for so many years.
She was one of the nicest and most professional doctors I have ever met.

My trouts go out to the family members during this time of grieving.

I’m looking at the beautiful pictures of Dr. Cook and just can’t believe it…..

When I heard this very sad news about Dr Cook I was heartbroken! I was her banker for many years until I retired. She was my doctor and friend. We have lost a wonderful person. Rest in peace my friend, I will miss you. Sincere condolences to all the family that she loved so dearly.

I am so saddened to hear this news. I had the privilege to be under the care of Dr.Cook for a long time and found her to be so compassionate and caring. A fantastic doctor who will be greatly missed.
