I was shocked and deeply saddenedby the News of Dr. Cook passing.

I had the privilege to be under the care of Dr. Cook for so many years.
She was one of the nicest and most professional doctors I have ever met.

My trouts go out to the family members during this time of grieving.

I’m looking at the beautiful pictures of Dr. Cook and just can’t believe it…..
