Dear Paula, Megan, Lorna and Lucas.
I was so sorry to hear about Armando's passing. There are no words I can write that will ease your pain. All I can tell you is that your dear husband and father was one of the best individuals I have ever known. His warmth, his smile, his love for you his family, his caring nature and compassion for all people. Armando was one of a kind. I will carry with me always fond memories of times we all spent together. May the memories that you have of your husband and father keep you close as a family and give you comfort in the knowledge that his love will carry on.
Love Susan
Dear Paula, Megan, Lucas and Lorna: We have so many wonderful memories to hold onto and to continue to share with you all. Armando’s wit, compassion and determination are held dear to us. He will be missed in our dinners and gatherings and know that we will always include him in our get togethers. To our dear cousin, friend (Nephew to Maria), we love you and miss you immensely....”speaking words of wisdom...Let it Be”. Rest In Peace. God Bless!
Meeting-up with Armando was always a welcome encounter. He would almost always be smiling and have positive things to say as he loved his job, he loved his family, and he loved life in general.
Besides the occasional office banter, which was always enjoyable in of itself, Armando also shared a few personal discussions on the trials of life, the dealing with close relatives afflicted with Alzheimer's, etc.
I also had the great pleasure of working with Armando professionally, we prepared a few proposals together, and I also executed an environmental tritium study for OPG that Armando reviewed and approved. He was always a highly sought-after scientists at Kinectrics and was so highly respected.
I will greatly miss his beaming smile, his seemingly unbridled enthusiasm, and his great zeal for life.
I wish to extend my heartfelt sympathies to all his friends and to his family who he cherished above anything.
Our deepest condolences to Paula, Megan, Lorna and Lucas on this great loss. We have so many wonderful memories of Armando over the years: camping, swimming, hiking, making "spiders" over the campfire, playing pool with the guys and hanging out in the backyard with the kids. We will never forget his constant smile, his incredible warmth, his love of nature and the enormous joy and pride he took in his family. Rest in peace Armando. You left the world a brighter place. You will be greatly missed.
