Dorothy was born and raised in Islington and lived in Etobicoke her entire life where her children also live. Dorothy enjoyed spending time at the family cottage with her husband Chuck. Mom also enjoyed landscape painting and was an avid gardener.

For the last many decades Dorothy volunteered for the Red Cross as well as delivering Meals on Wheels into her nineties.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations to the Red Cross would be appreciated. Online condolences may be made through the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel website at www.turnerporter.ca
