In Celebration of

Doris Morris

September 5, 1924 -  December 21, 2021

Died peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, December 21st at the age of 97 due to complications from a hip fracture.

Predeceased by husband Cyril (2002) and brothers Harrison and Jack. Loving mother of John, Kathleen (John), and Robert; grandmother of Carrie, Stella, and Rosie; and dear sister of Jim (Elizabeth).

Due to the coronavirus, there will not be a visitation or public funeral. A Celebration of Life will be held later when the pandemic subsides.

Doris had a successful career at Bell until leaving to raise her family. She was active in her Church and community, close with her extended family, and enjoyed long friendships with the ‘bridge girls’.

Doris was a loving, intelligent and beautiful aunt. That she cared deeply for her family was very evident, and the way she faced her health care challenges was inspiring. She will be missed.
