It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Doris Donna Fowler (née Brazel). Doris was predeceased by her cherished husband James John, her only grandson Robert James, and her siblings Eleanor, Leona, Hazel, and Fred. She is lovingly remembered by her sisters Carol and Linda.

Doris will be forever missed by her children Susan (Doug), Judith (Mark), and Fred (Linda); her grandchildren Krista, Courtney, Laura, Jessica, Mathew, Amanda, Natasha, and Morgan; and her 14 adored great-grandchildren.

Doris was deeply loved by many and was an active member of Eden United Church in Mississauga for many years, known for her generosity, kindness, and her wonderful baking and knitting.

A visitation and service will be held at Eden United Church, 3052 Battleford Road, Mississauga, on Friday, November 7th at 10:30 a.m., with a reception to follow immediately afterwards at the church. Interment will take place following the reception at Glendale Cemetery, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke, for those who wish to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Doris’s honour to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. If sending flowers, please arrange for delivery to the church no earlier than Thursday.
