August 18, 1936 -  March 31, 2021

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Donald Townsend on March 31, 2021, in Mississauga, Ontario.

Don was the beloved husband of the late Joanne. Loving father of Debbie and her husband Wayne, Darlene and her husband Paul, Donna and her husband George, Dianne, Denise and her husband Jerry, Dolores and her husband Stephen, Donald and his wife Heather, and David and his wife Carrie. Cherished Grandfather to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Don will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Due to the present situation, private family services will take place on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 1 p.m.

For those who wish donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Rest In Peace papa❤️
I will forever miss you asking me to make you a tea, and hearing your slippers flip flop across the entire house and hearing your stories about the days before your retirement & about Nanny. You were the best papa I could’ve asked for and I am incredibly thankful for all the memories we will forever share and hold in our hearts. God broke our hearts to only prove to us, he only takes the best. You will forever live within me and the lives you have touched. Please give Nanny and Auntie Darlene a big hug and kiss from us all🕊❤️
