Peacefully, on Sunday March 2, 2025 at the Trillium Health Partners – Mississauga at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Olga. Loving father to Georgia (Brian) and Nicole (Richard). Cherished grandfather to Alexander, Andrew and Adam.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., (Hwy. 10, N of the QEW) on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at Sts. Martha & Mary Church, 1870 Burnhamthorpe Rd. E., on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery.

Don was a beautiful man, a beautiful, gentle person. I only had the privilege of knowing Don for a short time, but in that time I feel like I gained a friend. He was always smiling, always a gentleman and always engaging. I feel blessed to have had the great opportunity to know Don. My sincerest condolences to Georgina, Nicole and your families. Rest in Peace Don. I know you are reunited with your beautiful Olga. You will be missed.

We are all very saddened by Don's passing - he was a kind and very easy to talk to resident of our facility - his stay was brief but he did have an impact on our residents and team members. We hope time will help you all cope with such a sudden loss of your Dad - thinking of you all.
