In Celebration of

Diane Renee Ouellette

January 7, 1957 -  November 15, 2023

It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the passing of Diane Ouellette who looked to find herself taken from us very untimely at the age of 66. She was returned to God sometime between the hours of Tuesday Evening & Wednesday morning of the 15th of November 2023.

Diane will be most lovingly remembered by her son William, his father Greg, her aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, extended family & especially an extraordinarily large group of friends and family in God. Through her avid involvement in many Churches and Charities she will be remembered as one of the first to volunteer her time and energy as an extremely generous provider & a soft shoulder, for all of those in need.

Diane was a boundless lover of life, in all orders and regards, of all people, of all walks of life. Even more so of all animals, (except birds lol) who she seemed to find a soft spot for every single one of, and all of them seemingly for her (especially the birds), as if they were able to sense the type of person that she was just by her presence. She always found a fond way to look to bring the best out of people around her and lived to look to help raise others up, from wherever they might have found themselves.

Born in Toronto. January 7th 1957, to Pierrette (nee Duquette) & Bernard Ouellette. Diane grew up in the area around Christie Pits, with her brother her parents, until moving to Mississauga (Applewood) in the latter portions of her life. She looked to be as positively active a pillar of every community in which she found herself a part of. Diane worked diligently in accounting, editing and in various areas of the hospitality industry for most of her life. Spending just as well, a great deal of her time and energy volunteering for many different causes and organizations all throughout her life.

She was predeceased by her Father, Mother and then brother Giles, all of whom she loved and admired immensely. Diane found herself memorializing them positively in many thoughts & actions of her life’s living after their passing.

Towards the end of her life she found herself plagued by a multitude of various health complications. some being rather quite severe. This might have looked to have slowed down lesser people, but not Diane, being as active and lively a member of her many circles up until the very end. Not wanting others to look to worry of her, she tended to keep many of these unfortunate issues to herself. Her passing will overwhelm all to care for her, for a very long time to come.

May God bless her path onward...and our sorry hearts upwards in her loving name & memory.

Friends and family will be received at Turner & Porter, Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga, on Thursday, November 30th, from 1-3 and 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 1st at 11:00 a.m, St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 921 Flagship Drive, Mississauga.

To Diane’s Family,
We, The Portico Mature Treasures Family, are truly saddened by your sudden loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
While it may be difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory bring you comfort.

Diane was an always welcome attendee at the Mature Treasures’ events.
Not only did she enjoy the spiritual fellowship that was shared, but she also introduced many others by inviting them to the meetings.
Her thoughtfulness was very evident on the many occasions that she packed and took meals to those who were unable to attend an event.

Let all the wonderful memories and her abiding love and goodness flood your thoughts.
They are a major part of the comfort and peace you and the many other lives influenced by her – need and have.

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants. Psalm 116:15

May God help and strengthen you all as He has promised.
God bless you all.
