A shocking end to a warm friendship, dear Daphne, when you left us so suddenly and so unexpectedly. You and I had been in telephone contact and email messages just days before your passing! I’m still trying to get over your demise, our dear friend. We pray that God keep you in His Loving Care in the special place reserved for you.
Rest in Eternal Peace our dear Daphne. πŸ™ 🫢🏼 πŸ§‘πŸΌβ€πŸ¦³

Our hearts go out to the family and friends that had been blessed to have come into contact with Daphne. Losing the Matriarch of the family is difficult but the Athaides are a resilient bunch and will overcome this tragedy. Daphne may be gone but never forgotten - she will forever be in our thoughts and prayers.

RIP sweet Daphne.

I always found Daphne to be a very friendly, polite and articulate lady... Met her through the Anglo Indian Association of Canada many times at the dance events ..almost every event she and Edmund would attend and enjoy the entertainment quietly sitting at their table along with their friends..
Recently she joined a Bingo session a few of us gathered on Mondays to enjoy a afternoon break AND win as well. I know she used to enjoy the session every week ...
She will be surely missed ... Gone, but not forgotten.
My condolences go out to her family and friends ... especially her husband Edmund.
May her Soul Rest in Peace
