In Celebration of

Crosley Grant

October 6, 1965 -  July 6, 2019

Late in the afternoon of July 6th, at home, surrounded all of those who loved him dearly, Crosley Clark Grant, husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew passed away after a very courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. In the face of this challenging diagnosis, almost one year ago, Crosley lived his life with courage, positivity, a sense of humour, and always with fearlessness and humility. Even after his diagnosis, he continued to live the life he has always lived-like each day was a GIFT!

Crosley leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Carolyn Sossi-Grant, Son, Jordon Grant, Parents, Cheryl and Clark Grant, brother Carleton Grant, (Kary Grant), sister Coral White (Murray White)
Nieces Victoria Gardiner, Taylor Grant, Charlotte White, Genevieve White. Nephews Samuel Gardiner, Adam Grant, Grant White.

We have been blessed to have such a WONDERFUL Family and AMAZING Friends supporting us. Crosley was able to live out his final day at home as was his final wish, watching his 75 inch TV and watching whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted from his hospital bed. In his final week, when he had difficulty communicating however he still had visitors EVERY Day for the last two weeks, and I know he heard EVERY WORD that was shared with him. He was truly LOVED, an incredible man, and he will be missed by all of us.

We have been blessed by having the BEST care from his Doctors at Credit Valley Hospital, especially his Palliative Doctor, Rehana Dosani, who had a special bond with Crosley and our family. We also want to thank Lydia, Crosley's Primary Nurse, from Saint Elizabeth, who was with him from the start of his treatment until the very end of his life. These amazing health care providers treated Crosley and our family with kindness, dignity and care. They are all very special people who were loved by all of us in the Grant Family.

Thank You again to everyone. We have felt the love and support from everyone. We are honouring his memory and his love for sports by asking for Donations to Right To Play, Credit Valley Hospital Cancer Centre and the Canadian Pancreatic Cancer Organization.

Dear Cheryl, Clark, Carleton, Kary, and Family. Our hearts are beyond sad for you all. Heaven has gained a good one. Kenny and Crosley both diagnosed at 52...Wish we understood God’s calling Crosley so young? One day!!! Each day really is a gift. We get this now and remind ourselves often. Crosley gave us some very good advice through the years, straight up! We thought so highly of him. Godspeed Friend. Love you Grant Family.❤️
