Peacefully, at home, on Thursday, January 30, 2020, at the age of 97. Beloved husband of Margarita for 57 years. Loving father of Nick and his wife Pia. Loving grandfather of Basil and Damian.

Dean was a proud man of few words, an immigrant arriving in Canada from Greece in 1955. Meeting in Toronto, Dean & Margarita married & moved west to Port Credit eventually settling in Applewood.

Dean excelled as a gardener, turning his suburban plot into a paradise of vines, fruit trees and roses.
His greatest joy was being Papou to his grandsons.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW), on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 11 a.m. Interment St. John’s Dixie Cemetery.
