Colin Francis MacNeil

April 16, 1930 -  December 27, 2023

Colin Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday December 27th, 2023 at the age of 93, at home in Etobicoke.

Colin was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia to Angus and Annabelle MacNeil. He was the last of their 9 children to pass away.

He was a skilled plumber by trade and ran his own business for many years. Colin was still doing small plumbing repairs up until a few years ago.

Colin loved the cottage life. He enjoyed being part of the Woodlake community for over 60 years. Many fond memories were made with him that his children and grandchildren will cherish.

He was a very kind, humble and compassionate man. He will be truly missed by many.

His wife Barbara (Suttie) predeceased Colin in 2021. Cherished father of Colleen (Anthony) Maida, Gayla (John) Leach and Paul MacNeil. Doting grandfather of Adam and Shanel Maida, Quentin and Alannah Leach, John (Gemma) and Jessica MacNeil. Adored great grandpa to Megan, Sophia, Amelia and Madison MacNeil.

Visitation will be held at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke on Tuesday January 2, 2024 from 12-1pm with a Funeral Service following in the Chapel at 1pm.
