I’ve known Christina since 1949, when her mother gave our family a place to stay at the Anderson home. We were refugees from Lithuania and had no place to stay in our new country. We were made welcome in their home. I’ll always remember Christina’s warm smile and her generous heart. She gave me my first English book, and took us to see The Santa Claus Parade. Those are memories of kindness I won’t forget. May the good Lord welcome her into his Kingdom where she will join her beloved family. Rest In Peace my dear friend Christina.
