Our beautiful, loving mother, Celina Barbosa, joined the angels in heaven on July 14, 2022.

Memories of her will be everlasting for the many hearts she touched. Cherished mother of Jose, Paul, Luis and Kathy, their spouses, her nine grandchildren, and life partner Julio Barbosa. We will miss her caring and generous heart, stunning smile and contagious laugh.

Mom (mãe), you are our unsung hero.

We love you so much and will forever be thinking of you.

Family and friends are invited to Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga for visitation on Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m.

There are no words to express just how much you mean to me, I love you Mae just like as if you were my own mother. I cared for you and tried to be by your side when you needed to talk. I will always remember our trips to Portugal and all the laugh cooking tips you gave me, the shopping and cafes we went to, and those Natas. Whenever I will eat one, it will remind me of you. You were always so generous with everyone and had a heart of gold. You were so caring to all your grandchildren. I will miss your family stories and your beautiful smile. Now you are reunited with your parents, sister, Tio Gato etc... May you rest in peace and i hope you are happy. You will always live in my heart. I am so sad you are gone but i still feel you near me. You know that I love you. I will always remember you saying on the phone when I would say, I love you Mae, you would respond " I love you more my love". You sweet loving caring mother in law, thank you for all our time spent together, I love you. Rest in peace. Until we meet again ( save me a nata ). Love and miss you so much, Antonietta
