August 11, 1927 - January 23, 2024

Peacefully, at Credit Valley Hospital on Tuesday, January 23rd. Our dear Mother, Catherine Malone, passed away in her 97th year.

Loving wife of 38 years to the late Frank Malone (1990) and loving Mother to the late Michael (2006) (Patricia), Anne Marie (Tom), Maureen (Angelo), Teresa, the late Patrick (1990), and Paul. Loving Nana to Sean, Chris, Jennifer, David, Katie, Matthew, Michael James, Ian, Ben, Marissa, and Liam. Loving Great-grandmother to Myah, Ryan, Isaac, Ayla, Luke, and Lily.

Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Neweduk- Erin Mills Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, on Sunday, January 28 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church, 2300 Burnhamthorpe Rd., Mississauga on Monday, January 29, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. Following the funeral mass, Catherine will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 7300 Highway #27, Woodbridge.

I am Catherine youngest daughter, Teresa and one of 6. I am close to 62 years old and was with her in the last minute and breath of her life.
I was blessed to have been present, was very special and was a chosen ending of her and I together, a display of our life story, me and my Mom. I whispered a little secret in her ear, hopefully she is working on that!! It gives me an enormous amount of happiness assured she is with my Dad who she adored, her 2 sons
and her Mother.
