In Celebration of

Caroline Slezak Kawa

April 30, 1986 -  March 26, 2023

Beloved daughter of Ben and Susan. Spirited, spunky and fierce; sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter and friend to many.

She consistently sought to see the best of the human spirit in all she came across. May we continue to see the best in each other in her memory. May her spirit now soar free of pain.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., from 3:00-7:00 p.m.

Donations may be made in Caroline’s name to Musicares at: www.musicares.org. No flowers please.

Ben and Sue,
Our hearts go out to you.
We remember Caroline as a gifted pitcher on the Catbirds baseball team with our daughter Kerry when they were both youngsters. She was, even then, "spirited, spunky and fierce", and no doubt remained so for the rest of her life.
It's been many years but we want you to know that both of you, along with our fond memories of Caroline, are in our thoughts.

Susan and Ben I continue to think of you both and your lovely Caroline; I know there are no words for this. I didn't know Caroline all that well but when i did see her at the OLS events- or hockey-or skating, I was fascinated by her. Such a bright, gifted talented spirit.
