It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Carol Marie (Bond) Sergas who peacefully passed away on January 28, 2025 at the age of 83 surrounded by her family.

Carol is survived by Silvano Sergas and together they have four children. She leaves behind her son Peter, daughter Jane, daughter Carol Marie (Robert) and son Anthony (Jacinta).

Carol cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She leaves behind her five grandchildren, Jahmal (Alhan), Anthony (Brittany), Karessa, Derek (Stefanie), Keenan and eight great grandchildren Treyvon, Zion, Kaleeah, Jaxon, Yara, Ayla, Lucas and Claire.

Carol leaves behind her two loving sisters, Susan (Ed deceased), Cynthia (Mohamed) and her nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.

Though Carol is no longer with us, Carol's kindness and unwavering dedication to her family and friends will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

May you rest in peace Mom.

Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 6 – 9 p.m.

The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Christopher’s Roman Catholic Church, 1171 Clarkson Rd N, Mississauga, ON L5J 2W1 on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Interment to follow at St. Mary's Port Credit Catholic Cemetery 2099 Dickson Rd, Mississauga, ON L5B 1Y6 and a reception to follow at St. Christopher's Roman Catholic Church from 1 - 4pm.

In lieu of flowers donations in Carol's memory to The Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Hearing Society, and The Covenant House would be greatly appreciated.
