In Celebration of

Carol Ann Benedict

November 26, 1944 -  January 17, 2025

Our hearts are broken to announce that Carol, at the age of 80, peacefully passed at Weston Gardens with her sister, Mae, holding her hand. Carol was a good Christian woman who never had an unkind word to say about anyone, and had an amazing memory.

Beloved daughter of predeceased parents Harry and Ada (nee Death) Benedict; cherished sister of Mae; aunt of Charmaine (Rod) and Steven (Sabrina); great-aunt of Joshua, and Danielle (Bret); great-aunt of Michael (deceased), and Michaela. Carol will be sadly missed by friends, relatives and Criscoe Street neighbours. Carol enjoyed many birthday and special occasions with friends, Sylvia and Andy. Thanks to Shirley for being a lifelong friend to Carol, and to Donna for her assistance to Carol over the years. The staff and residents of Weston Gardens will miss Carol's wave and sweet smile.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. West at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, from 2-4 pm on Sunday, January 26. Funeral service will be in the Chapel on Monday, January 27 at 11 am. Interment Highland Memory Gardens. If desired, remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice.

"Carol will be forever loved and missed."
