March 31, 1926 - February 12, 2021

The family is saddened to announce the passing of Carmella (Carm) Vella on Friday, February 12, 2021, at the Village of Erin Meadows.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph (2015). Loving mother to, Brian (Marlene), Donna (Leno), and Paul (Carmen) Cherished grandmother of Kristen, Kevin (Samantha), Kimberley, Corrie, Aaron, Chris, Devon (Emily), and Lindsay. Endearing great-grandmother to Keaton, Emerson, and Aiden.

The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of The Village of Erin Meadows for the loving care they have given to Carm, especially during her last days.

Due to the restrictions surrounding COVID-19, a private family service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations in Carm’s memory may be made to Operation Smile Canada.

Dear Vella's, please accept our condolences. SUCH A NICE LADY! Our 1st phone call in (new) parenthood...Mum volunteered at Credit Valley Hospital, in 1987, & called the birthing room, a few minutes after our stork touched down!
