My most sincere condolences to the Neto family and extended families and friends.

I was blessed to have met and worked with Carlos. He was a kind soul, willing to help me and others. He kept me laughing with his antics, making the work place and job, that much more interesting and fun.
A special man. A true gentleman.

Rest in peace, dear Carlos. Thank You.

On Sunday I lost a Father, mentor and my best friend. I will miss our daily chats and fun times together - I cherish the ones we had. You will be the person and father I try to replicate each and every day. Your courage to fight, your positive outlook on everything and caring personality is something I admire the most about you. You taught me a lot over the years and made me the person I am today and for that, Thank You. Rest in Peace Dad - Love you!
