Our family is devastated to announce the sudden passing of Carlos Maiato. He passed peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 at the age of 69.

Beloved husband of Ingrid Maiato for 41 years.

Loving and protective father of Tanya (Harmeet), Carlos Andre (Sara), and Natasha. Best grandpa to Casen, Livia and Lyla.

Carlos loved his family more than anything. A close second was soccer, team Portugal and his favourite classic sports car! A force to be reckoned with and a presence that will be forever missed, he was certainly one of a kind!

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Saturday, June 24th from 2-3 pm with a Service of Remembrance to follow at 3 pm in the Chapel.

For those who wish, donations may be made to RMHC Canada. We are choosing this charity as his favorite place to go was McDonalds for coffee everyday.
