Carla Ferrari passed away peacefully in her sleep in her home at Evergreen Retirement Residence after many years of coping with the effects of congestive heart failure. She was predeceased by her son Daniel Joseph Ferrari (October 27, 1960 – August 16, 1978) and her husband Augusto Ferrari (December 5, 1930 – February 13, 2009). She is survived by her daughter Lidia Maria Ferrari (Robert Lewis) and her grandchildren Carter Daniel and Nathaniel Xavier Ferrari-Lewis. Rest in everlasting peace, and may God’s light shine upon you.

Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard, but always near;
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

My deepest condolences on the passing of Carla. She was a wonderful and caring woman . I was lucky to have known her as a young child with my family Eligio, Irma and Bobby Darin. I still remember the get togethers and dinners we shared way back when. I am glad that when I had my son Alex she was able to see him as a young boy too! She will be greatly missed by the Darin family. May she rest in peace.
