In Celebration of

Camilla Mascarenhas

January 10, 1925 -  July 18, 2022

Camilla Mascarenhas, age 97, loving mother of nine and adoring wife of the late Lawrence Mascarenhas, passed away peacefully in the early hours of July 18, 2022, with her children and grandchildren by her side.

Camilla was a gentle, caring, and adoring wife to the late Lawrence Mascarenhas. A patient, witty and playful mother to her children, late Menino and Anna, Josephine (late Gaby), late Assis and (late) Rekha, Priscilla (late Jawahir) Anthony and Martha, Maggie and Xavier, Monica and Julius, Severina and Charles, and Christine and Tim. A doting grandmother to 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren and was always thrilled about her growing family with more than enough love to spread around. She will be greatly missed by her family.

We know that we can’t have you, but we’re happy knowing that the Angels have finally got you back! We love you, our sweet and beautiful Mama!

For those who would like to say their final goodbye, there will be a service on Friday, July 22nd at 10:30 am at St. Joseph's Parish, Streetsville. Followed by a private family burial service.

Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

I am very sorry to the passing of Camilla I knew her from my childhood days. I have very fond memories of spending time at Camilla’s house playing with the Priscilla who was in the same class as me .

May she be at peace now that the angels have her in heaven
