Bronislawa Kriauciunas (born Makauskas on June 9, 1928) in Widugiery Poland, known affectionately as Brone. She grew on a farm which housed the local schoolhouse. A long term resident of Hamilton, Ontario. Much loved in the community. She knew how to sing, dance and sew. Lost her beloved husband Donatas in 1992 and through her force of nature navigated through life with the help of many friends. Beloved aunt to niece in Poland, godmother and confirmation mother to many.
