October 31, 1984 - December 3, 2023

Passed away suddenly in Toronto, on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at the age of 39. Beloved son of Bill and Jane. Loving brother of Grant (Hannah). Adored uncle of Bennett and Charles. Beloved partner of Fernanda.

Brad was a professor of animation at Sheridan College. He was also a documentary film director and producer as well as a published author of childrens books.

Brad was an accomplished guitarist and singer and often composed sound tracks for his work.

He loved beaches, boating and all things beautiful.

But by far, his greatest love was to be with family and friends.

Memorial gathering to be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 2-5 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to CAMH.

Brad was an amazing and inspirational student, as he moved onto his carrier as an artist we became friends. was so happy when he returned to Sheridan college to teach. Brad very quickly became a beloved and outstanding teacher. He never failed to have a smile on his face every time we stoped to chat. always had great ideas to share. Brad was an outstanding person, his presents in a room was felt by everyone. My heat is broken and there is a little less light in this world with him not being here. I will always remember him in the best possible way. As he ones wrote, we will meet again in a better place.

Brad was a wonderful Teacher and friend, he had the spark of joy when talking about animation that so many aspire to have. He brought a lot of support and guidance in my life during a difficult time, it broke my heart once I heard the news. My condolences to his family and close ones due to his loss, Brad will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to all of Brad's family, and his loved ones. I taught Brad when he studied in the Animation Program at Sheridan. He always brought a keen, mature, enthusiastic, and positive energy to the classroom. He stood out for this and I always enjoyed having him in my classes. Years later, when Brad became a co-worker and fellow teacher, I was very happy. Brad brought an enthusiasm and passion to teacher that was inspiring and exciting, and I know that to his students, along with much learning. I'll deeply miss Brad, but I'm very glad to have known him.
