Betty and Alan were very, very special family. We enjoyed visiting them in Canada and when they came to Florida. I will miss them terribly but know they are together again. My deepest sympathy to her family.

So sorry to hear. Betty and Al played a huge role in my life growing up as they were so close to Mom and Dad. My deepest sympathies.

Almost 20 years ago when I joined the Etobicoke Quilters Guild, Betty was a welcoming friend. We ran the kitchen together for several Quilt Shows and she was a joy to work with. Even then she was showing me the ropes so that I could carry on when she wasn't able and I did. She always had a ready smile for me and I will miss her.
