It is truly an end to an era in my life and that of our family Aunty Barb always asked for our children and what they were up to She would have a story about each of them and some we heard more than once They loved her as much as she loved them We would refer to all the O’Neill girls as the “aunts” God love you Aunty Barb and enjoy your eternal resting place

I knew Barb at St. Joseph's Health Centre where we worked together. She lived the missions of the Sisters of St. Joseph by her commitment to the poor and disadvantaged. Barb was a great nurse who loved what she did. I know she will have a high place in heaven. God rest her soul. Sr. Georgette CSJ
I wish to offer my condolence to Barbara's family, friends and to all who remember Barbara when she worked as a nurse at St. Joseph's Health Centre. Barbara was a faithful member of the Sisters of St. Joseph Associates, and offered to help in any she could. Barbara and I attended St. Joseph's High School at the same time. So, we have known each other for a long time. I, too, will miss her.

Dear Katie, Kiera, Sue, Jimmy, Brian, David, Caroline and family: Our sincere condolences for the loss of your Aunt and Great Aunt Barbara. We had the pleasure of meeting her when her sister was also visiting your apartment Katie. They were immediately likeable and spirited! I hope the memories you have of Barbara help a little at this difficult time. Fondly, Mavis, John, Calder and Aden
Aunt Barb was like a second Mom. Always a sharp dresser. Loved to shop, loved to laugh. Hosted delicious dinners. Had treats for us as kids. Never forgot a birthday. When I was a kid she always seemed so glamorous to me with her travels, VW Beetle and cool job at St. Joe’s. She loved all her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and was adored by them in return. We’ll miss you so much, Aunt B!! ❤️❤️
