Our beautiful mother and grandmother died peacefully at Humber Heights LTC on November 9th in her 94th year. She was pre-deceased by her husband John, her mother Amy Dunn Joy, father William Thomas Joy, brothers Paul and Tom Joy, sister Mary K. Taylor, sisters-in-law Myrle Wattam and Marjorie Carson.
Barbara, of Toronto, formerly of St. Catharines will be sorely missed by her daughters Joy (Glenn), Christine (Brent), grandchildren Michael (Vanessa), Daniel, Emily (Ben), Katie (Kelly) and great grandchildren Dylan and Olivia, her sister Beth Martin and sister-in-law Jean McKinnon and many nieces and nephews.
Barbara loved bridge, reading and sports but her passion was her family. We will miss her wit and sage advice.
