Barbara will also be fondly remembered by Amanda’s father, Steve Headley and all of the Headley family, as well as her many Toronto and North Bay friends with whom she enjoyed years of friendship. Barbara leaves behind her much adored furry companion, Oliver. Barbara worked at Transatlantic Reinsurance Company for over 35 years. She enjoyed travelling and spending time with Amanda, family and friends. Barbara was always a giving person and will always be remembered by everyone for her quirky sense of humour, kindness to everyone and her devotion to us all.

My heart is broken to have to day goodbye to my very dear friend Barb. She was a very generous and kind person and always thought of others before herself. I will miss our phone calls and her wonderful sense of humor. I am glad she had her daughter Amanda to share her life with and they loved each other very much. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. Love to all her Family and Friends who loved her dearly. Janet
