In Celebration of

Audrey Allen

December 19, 1945 -  August 24, 2024

We are saddened to announce our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Audrey Lynda Allen died on August 24, 2024, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer at the Dorothy Ley Hospice, at the age of 78.

Audrey was the heart of our home and family. She raised two children, Barbara (46) and Jennifer (43) in a happy and loving home to be independent and thoughtful adults. Audrey was married for 54 years to her soulmate, Jim Allen. And a grandmother to Robin (15), Kaylee (13), Joshua (4) and Noah (2 months). She was a loving and fun nannie, and generally loved spoiling them rotten.

Audrey was known for her infectious laugh and kind heart. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto, on Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 5-9pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada.
