In Celebration of

Ninfa Norah Arraya

July 3, 1947 -  November 25, 2020

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ninfa Norah Arraya. We will miss her dearly, but we are comforted in knowing that she passed peacefully surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife to Jose Gonzalo Arraya for just over 55years, their love stood the test of time. Loving mother to Natalie Stacey (Bertram) and Ethan Arraya. Cherished Grandma to Lauren and Allison Stacey.

She had no greater love than for her family and she was there to celebrate every mile stone, every occasion. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Norah was a brave soul as she was confronted with many health challenges in the last few years she never backed down or gave up. She will forever be remembered as having a warm and generous heart, a great smile, a joy of spirited conversation and a great mind for finance. In the end her heart could not fight anymore, and we could not ask for more because she gave everything to spend as much time with us as possible. Her 73 years were filled with great moments and a wonderful life, we will cherish these memories always.

COVID prevents us from celebrating Norah’s life with all her friends, we hope to be able to arrange something in the near future. At this time the viewing will be private for immediate family only.

We're all very saddened by this loss. Norah and Pepe were an intrinsic part of our Club supporting and contributing in all the activities. Norah also worked hard with the Cervantes Lions Non-Profit Housing Corp. and provided invaluable support in all financial matters. She will always be remembered for her kindness and commitment to those in needs. May she rest in eternal peace.

I am honoured and blessed to have known Norah. She was truly a blessing in my life. Words cannot express how much she meant to me. She was a great wife, mom, grandmother and a great friend. I am going to miss her so much. I can only imagine how you all are feeling as I am in still disbelief to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. She will always be in my heart. Love Sonia

Our condolences to the family. La recordamos a ella junto a Don Pepe, mis memorias son de muchos años atras, dentro la comunidad bolivina en Toronto. Que Dios la tenga en su Gloria. Un abrazo don Pepe!
