In Celebration of

Antonio "Tony" Da Silva

February 25, 1946 -  August 1, 2024

It is with profound sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Antonio “Tony” Augustinho DaSilva. He left this world peacefully on August 1st after a very brief and sudden illness, surrounded by those he loved. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Diana and Katherine, his son’s in law Jason Carvalho and Rafal Domagala, his two adored granddaughters, Shannyn and Taylor Domagala, his brothers Joe and wife Lizdalia Silva, Joao and his wife Eugenia Silva, sister in law Antonina Silva, many loved nieces, nephews and friends. Greeting him in heaven is his beloved wife of 36 years, Maria, whom he lost 20 years ago, and his big brother Manuel Silva. We will have a private mass to honor Tony, prior to being laid to rest by his wife.

In lieu of donations, please offer a friend a drink, have a great conversation, and hopefully have a great time.

"He would love that".

Dear Kathy, Diana and extended family & friends. We have all lost a very dear father, grandfather amd very dear friend. I am going to miss spending time with Tony and enjoying his company while sharing a glass of wine from his own personal wine collection.

My wife, Paula, said, “Lavinia will never be the same without Tony!”

Our neighbour, Irene, said, “I am going to miss Tony.”

Tony always made time to go over and speak to Irene whenever she was sitting on the front porch.

Tony, it has been a great honour getting to know you and share your frienship over
the years. I am glad you have been reunited with Maria who has been patiently waiting for you.

Rest in peace, Tony.

Love, Scott, Paula, Kendra & Kaileigh

Tony will be missed so much.
I loved seeing him quietly being in touch with friends and nieghbours.
I also loved his passion for the everyday happenings , especially local politics and how they affected our daily life.
My sympathy to his family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
