It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Antoni (Anthony) in his 98th year. Beloved husband of the late Kay, 65 years married. Devoted and loving father of John. Anthony is predeceased by his dear parents Jan and Krystyna as well as his siblings Anna and Mieczyslaw (Mitch). He is survived by his sister Hela (Helen), nieces, nephews and extended family. Anthony immigrated from Poland along with his family after the second World War. In Canada, Anthony was a 35 year employee of the Ford Motor Company, Oakville Assembly Plant. Anthony will be forever remembered for his caring, his devotion to his family, and his sense of humour. He will be dearly missed. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W. (East of the Jane subway) on Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Evening Rosary prayers Tuesday at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at St. Casimir’s Church, 156 Roncesvalles Ave. at 10 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
