February 23, 1939 - October 8, 2025

Born in Noranda Quebec in February 23, 1939. Moved to Toronto in November 1980. Survived by two brothers, two sons, Michael and Randy Charchuk, in Rouyn Noranda Québec, four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Annie was such a lovely woman. She was kind, generous, and simply loved being around friends. Hosting delicious meals was her “signature” and she was so fun to be around. We would reminisce about Noranda and she was the one person I could ask questions about places I remember as a kid. She was a friend of my parents, and became mine as well. I’ll miss her. Condolences to her sons.

My older sisters were Ann Baum nee Hogan, Katherine Kovach nee Hogan. They were friends of Annie from elementary school. Annie was at our home when I was brought home from hospital. She knew my Mother longer than I did.:) (Margaret Duffy).
I spent time with Annie on my trips to Toronto. She came to Sudbury to celebrate my middle daughters wedding.
We shared a love that I am so very grateful for. She was a hostess beyond compare.

I grew up in Rouyn Noranda.Annie was a close friend of my older sisters Ann and Katherine.Room ed.ewith Annie on our last R. N. Reunion in Ottawa. She was like sister to me as she spent so much time at our home in R.N. when I was growing up. She was so very kind and thoughtful My condolences to her family. Marion Hogan
