In Celebration of

Annie Bartlett

June 12, 1998 -  August 8, 2018

On Wednesday 8th August at 3AM, our beloved daughter Annie passed away, aged 20, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She lived a great life.

We are deeply proud to have known her. She achieved so much in her short time. She greatly enjoyed public speaking and was fortunate enough to be invited to speak at the Canada 150 Celebration on Parliament Hill, WEDays in Vancouver, Ottawa and Halifax as well as Cystic Fibrosis Canada and Make-A-Wish fundraisers. Only three months ago, she married her long-time love Jack Bull. She deeply touched the hearts of many. She will be forever missed by her loving parents Mary and Neil, husband Jack, and her younger sisters Lizzie and Emma.

Her quote on life was: “If you get given a great gift, what’s the point if you can’t help other people."

Dear Mary and Family,

I was deeply saddened to hear about Annie's passing. What a courageous and inspiring young lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I hope the happy memories you have bring great comfort during this very difficult journey.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Bartlett family and to Annie's husband, Jack. Annie was a bright light in the life of all those who knew her and she will be sorely missed.

Dear Bartlett family and Jack,

It seems to me that Annie fit the experiences of many lives into her all-too-short one and inspired thousands more.

My apologies, I am travelling and not able to make the service this weekend. I will be thinking of you all and will celebrate Annie's life with art, exploration and good deeds. She makes me want to be a better person.

So sad to hear of your dear daughter's passing. Annie was certainly on a mission and made a huge impact on many lives through her public speaking talents! Thinking of you and your family!
